DEFINITIONS

"Customer": any person, natural or legal, private or public, registered on the Site.

"Seller": Gladys Soap, SAS

“Internet user": any person, natural or legal, private or public, connecting to the Site.

"Product": goods of any kind sold on the Site by the Seller to Customers.

”Site”: means the website accessible at the URL www.gladyssoap.com, and any sub-sites, mirror sites, portals and URL variations thereof. 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed by the Customer are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. The amount of these costs will be owed by the Customer and will be added to the price of the Products purchased. The cost of delivery or provision will, in any event, be indicated to the Customer before any payment is made. The delivery costs indicated on the Site are understood to be in euros, including all taxes

Orders are sent within 1 or 2 working days, unless advised otherwise, and you must then add the delivery times of the different carriers.

DETERIORATED PARCEL

In the event of delivery of an obviously and visibly damaged package, it is up to the Customer to refuse it in order to benefit from the guarantee offered by the carrier.

RETENTION OF TITLE - TRANSFER OF RISK

Ownership of the delivered Products shall remain with the Seller until delivery of the Products to the Customer, notwithstanding any clause to the contrary, unless the parties have expressly agreed in writing to waive this clause.

The Customer shall bear the risks relating to the Products from the time of the order. During the entire period of retention of title, the Customer shall insure the Products belonging to the Seller against any damage that may occur and shall provide proof thereof to the Seller upon first request.

CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

This shipping policy may be modified at any time by the Seller. The shipping policy applicable to the Customer is the one in force on the day of his order or his connection to the present Site, any new connection to the personal space implying acceptance of the new shipping policy, if applicable. 

ENTIRE

The nullity of one of the clauses of this contract shall not entail the nullity of the other clauses of the contract or of the contract as a whole, which shall retain their full effect and scope. In such a case, the parties shall, as far as possible, replace the invalidated provision with a valid provision corresponding to the spirit and purpose of this agreement.
